Tim McSunas is President of Melia Homes, where he has spent the past 10 years leading strategic planning, operations, land acquisition, entitlements, product development, project management, and sales and marketing. He brings 40 years of homebuilding experience to the role, having held senior leadership positions with both public and private homebuilders and developers. Over the course of his career, Tim has worked across multiple markets throughout the western United States, giving him a broad, ground-level view of the industry’s shifting cycles and regional dynamics. His background spans the full lifecycle of homebuilding, from acquiring and entitling land through delivering finished communities to market. Tim is known for pairing long-term strategic thinking with hands-on operational experience.
