Seth Ring

Seth Ring was named President and Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Toll Brothers in June 2026. In this role, he oversees the Company’s national home building operations in 60+ markets across the United States.

Seth began his career at Toll Brothers in 2004 as an Assistant Project Manager in the Southern California division, taking on numerous roles with increasing responsibilities over the years. Seth was promoted to Division President of Southern California in 2014 and played a key role in the $1.6 billion acquisition and integration of California-based Shapell Homes, the largest acquisition in Toll Brothers’ history. He was named Group President overseeing operations across Northern and Southern California in 2016 and Regional President of the Pacific region in 2019. In 2021, Seth was promoted to Executive Vice President managing homebuilding operations across the West, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.

Seth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies with a focus on Architecture from Stanford University.
