James Furey is Area President for Sekisui House US in Southern California, overseeing the Richmond American Homes, SHAWOOD and Woodside Homes brands. He leads strategic planning, operations, land acquisition, product development, sales, marketing, and organizational integration across Southern California for the three homebuilding brands. During his 20+ years in homebuilding, James has held senior roles with both public and private homebuilders and developers and has covered multiple markets throughout the western United States.
