As President, Southern California, Nicole Burdette is responsible for leading the Southern California land and housing operations as well as the Phoenix housing operations for Brookfield Properties.

Nicole has been a member of the Brookfield team for 23 years since first graduating from college and has assumed different roles in a range of capacities. Having spent nine years in Land Acquisition prior to starting the Business Strategies department in 2013, Nicole exemplifies the company’s philosophy and desire for team members to evolve as they progress through the organization.

Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Arizona State University and earned an MBA from National University.
