Greg Shaia is Brookfield Residential's President for USHousing, responsible for the strategic direction, management, and operations ofthe US housing portfolio.  Greg joinedBrookfield in 2025.

Prior to joining Brookfield, Greg spent the past 20 yearsworking for Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes, and CalAtlantic Homes.  His career started on the finance side of thebusiness having held roles in various US markets as VP Finance, Regional VPFinance, and Corporate Asset Management Committee Manager.  Greg transitioned into operations and becameDivision President and West Regional President for Richmond American Homes, aswell as Division President at Pulte HomesHom.  Greg is active in thecommunity and the industry, having served as BIA President for the Riverside,CA chapter as well as Board Member for BIA Southern California.  He is an inactive Certified PublicAccountant.

Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from ChapmanUniversity.  He and his wife Courtneylive in Southern California and have two sons.
