Nicole Murray is the Division President for Shea Homes and is responsible for the general oversight of the homebuilding operation and leadership team. Prior to joining Shea, she held the same position for Taylor Morrison and was Chief Operating Officer at John Burns Real Estate Consulting, a leading industry research and consulting firm. She has a long track record on the operations side of homebuilding, having spent several years at The Fieldstone Group of Companies as Vice President, Community Development and Project Manager with experience in land acquisition, entitlement processing, product design, land development, onsite production, and sales and marketing. Currently Nicole is serving on the Executive Committee Governing Board for the Southern California Building Industry Association. Nicole is a licensed contractor and broker in the State of California and has an MBA and BA from the University of San Diego. When not working, she is likely on a field or a court for her 14-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son.
